Doesn’t appear to actually work for Grenth. Guested to two different servers and teh event was never actually uncontested.

It uses GW2 APIs wich is data fetched directly from Arena’s servers so I do not think there is posibility of it not working since it updates itself as soon as events’ status change. I bought my exotics for karma for two different characters guesting two different realms and it worked in both cases.

You either use it wrong or the event got contested as soon as you guested the realm (which would be a case of extremly bad luck in your case).

Any world where Grenth is uncontested at the moment??

This event seems rly crazy, mobs spawn and we can’t even see them lol.. Failing because of invisible enemies :S

Yup, there’s certainly a reason the event is rarely completed and open on any of the servers. ANet really need to sort it out.

Good luck I have been trying for a week now. Use www.GW2STUFF.com to check the servers.
I think what we are seeing though is that Orr content has died a quick death because of the new content. Too bad because many new players will not be able to spend hard earned Karma on exotic gear forcing them to either grind out more PvE content or just move on to a new game. I’m geared out on one toon but I would love to get a second or third gear set but the temples are rarely uncontested anymore and I absolutelty hate dungeon content. I am a PvP and WvWer. I will take bets on how long it will take Arena net to figure out the problem and come up with a fix. I say 1 year if at all. If things go like all MMOs it won’t be until a big content drop. But ANet could prove me wrong. I hope for new players it does prove me wrong.

I’m not sure where you come by this info but I checked and it was not open. Not one server in NA was uncontested.

Whichever sources you’re pulling the event status from is wrong. Temple is still opened according to ANet’s API, and Risen Priest of Grenth hasn’t reappeared to take it back yet.
