Not anymore it got taken on CD. I was only able to get it done on 2 out of 3 of my characters before it got taken. Event conveniently started(and lost) as I got there on my last char and now I’m short 12 shards.

Waiting on another to open up.

Edit: Asked a bunch of friends and apparently it’s open on Blackgate. Not sure how much time is left.
