The only thing I need to do before getting my legendary is buy the dumb shards, anyone know of any servers that has the temple open?

I’m in the same boat as this guy. I just need the shards for my legendary. The temple on my own server has unfortunately bugged (again). Any help pointing me towards a server with an uncontested Temple of Balthazar will be immensely appreciated.

Yeah, I’m still looking for one uncontested temple. Tried Balthazar with a group of 40 people and it failed, maybe we need zerg of 100 people…

Well, for those that made an attempt and figured it being bugged on their server, could move to Elona Reach and make an attempt there seeing as it was uncontested a while ago.

any uncontested Temple of Balz in the US servers? please anyone post it if there is…

we should move to elona asap in this days,seems to be to only server unbugged and with a constant party that do the temple i still miss like 50k so probably it’s not the better choice to move now

Well, I transfer’d to Elona Reach and we’re gathering up at Rally waypoint as I type this to make Temple of Balthazar uncontested.

Thanks for the update — sorry to hear the attempt failed. The event is “working” at the moment on Darkhaven — our 5-6 people got it to the point the priest spawned, but not nearly enough people to actually kill it. Hopefully it stays that way until the evening when more people login.

Anyway lets keep this updated for who has the temple uncontested and the vendor spawned. Thanks!

Get a full set of MF gear, start the karma grind and after penny pinching everything and grinding over a million karma, you will be very well set for cash.

Also a huge tip, make sure to group when you do the plinx chain — your drops will be a lot better!

Can someone please post a uncontested balthazar pls? i am 30 shards away from my legendary.

I would like to bump this thread also! I’m just about an hours farm away from getting the karma to purchase the remaining shards.
Currently in Isle of Janthir server, if our temple becomes uncontested I shall post here.

With the halloween event and wvw just resetting, it’s probably gunna be a bit before a big enough group of people do the balth event… I tried again on my server last night, but only had 10 or so people show up for priest (tried zone teleporting to advertise). I’m going to keep trying and will post if I’m successful in gathering enough people to make it happen.

Just going to carry on bumping here. Just got 525k karma and want my Gift of Mastery, but Gandara’s is obviously bugged. Need a server asap

A small group doesn’t mean you will fail. The event scales. And when there are only a few people, the additional champion will not spawn and Balthazar takes a lot more damage. We failed yesterday at 5% HP with ~10 people.

The real problem is that it bugs and folks don’t really want to run it.
