What site for monitoring dragon/boss times?
i personally use gw2stuff.com its a great site for seeing what world bosses are active

I think the exception to the rule here TEQ – you really need to be there 1 hr before he pops and see if people are starting to organise the event. Often at the weekends this map can be full 2 hrs before he pops (or longer Main maps) waiting for when it is organised.
If you wait till he pops it’s too going to be too late.
