Hello, Im levelling my thief at the moment and was wondering if around like 28-30 there are some world bosses i can fight (random events) for gear and weapons

Frozen Maw, Giant Jungle Wurm, Shadow Behemoth and when you get to lv35+ you can do the event chain in the Harathi Hinterlands.
