Looking at the leaderboards itlooks like your on a rather inactive server.

The highest ranking sPvP-er on FC is rank 126 (if not missing any higher ranking player)
The highest ranking achievement gatherer is rank 115 (if not missing any higher ranking player).
In WvW your server is almost last.

Conclusion: Try guest to another server and see how it goes there.

I’m on TC and Orr is practically dead since the April patch made it unplayable. People tried heroically for quite awhile as TC has both the population and the heroic will. I went yesterday to see if there had been any changes in the event scaling in the new patch. The temples were all contested and there weren’t enough players there to test the event scaling. I won’t be returning.

I still see people at all hours on TC, in Orr… Not nearly in the numbers though, sure. Part of a latenight/oceanic clear of Melandru and Dwayna just last night.

But I’ll be glad when they finally fix the broken event scaling. Things are just painfully broken, quite literally.
