What will happen to Tyria after The Flame and frost is over.
Will something change in the world ? Will some changes in the
environment stay behind or will all be like before the live story ?
It would be nice to see some changes stay behind maybe some
wreckage and Molter army outpost. Is the molten army still
existing or wiped out ?

What will happen to the dungeon ? I know that the story will be
ended. Maybe a good idea to put it to the fractals ? Since fractals are
important past and future events ?

Personally, I’m hoping all of those events remain (“MA remnants don’t realize they’ve lost yet”), as well as the instances (including recap NPCs). I’d love for the dungeon to remain too, but we’re told it’ll go away on the 12th. :/ Would make sense for the traveling refugees to be removed, probably the scavenger hunt too (or at least move the scavenger hunt NPCs), but the Sonic Periscopes, events, and refugee corpses could easily stay.

I’m sure the environment changes will remain – tbh, the two new instances will probably remain but altered (“after rebuilding” versions most likely).

i hope to many things will stay but not all of it. Its kinda the point of the live events. Things move and evolve. Wonder if we get to build the Karka island ?

I’d love an all-out attack against Wayfarer Foothills and Diessa Plateau leaving desastrous changes on both maps, and some mystery from GW1 solved.

what mysteries ? there is a ton of them

Apparently, or maybe that’s my opinion is mixing with fact, F&F is most likely only a beginning chapter to future Living Story Expansions/Arcs/Chapters, so there will be some changes and additions to the world and will probably be mentioned in these future expansions.
