Where do I take these? I have looked and all I can find are memento collectors.

Still looking where to turn these things in.

There are Audio Log collectors in Snowden Drifts, Diessa Plateau and possibly Plains of Ashford as well. There used to be one in Wayfarer Foothills near the entrance to Hoelbrak too, but he’s mysteriously disappeared in the last patch. ANet, can you confirm if this is a bug?

They are pretty hard to find since the icon from above their heads have disapppeared. I think this is not intended.

Try looking near the starting area in Dieassa platou. There should be charr standing near a broken periscope, you can turn them in there (for 100 karma each).
More specifically, he’s near the ‘Living story scout’ and the ‘Memento collector’ in the south.
