I had the unfortunate case in where our dungeon run of the new facility in diessa unfortunately bugged out at the final boss gate, where rox and braham usually talk a little, and then the gate opens.

Unfortunately this time they ignored any progress completely and just followed us to the gate and didn’t trigger, we tried all sorts to fix it, all leaving bar 1 guy, backtracking, running from the start wp to the gate and even wiping to see if it helped, unfortunately the progress of the dungeon just paused at the final boss gate before the fight and remained locked. We had all prisoners freed and our micro army followed us to the gate, but the only result was braham and rox staring at us, going “what?”

I will clarify this has only happened to me since the facility move from wayfarer to diessa.

same bug, same place

I’ve had this same bug at the same location twice now. I think it may happen if you try to proceed while one of your prisoners is dead, but I am not sure. 2/10 ~ runs have bugged for me. :C

Same issue, will give details: After clearing the last set of mobs and the steam pipes we turned off the steam pipes and approached the gate. No cinematic or dialogue initiated, the NPCs simply followed us around. We attempted wiping and leaving the dungeon as a group to reset the NPCs but this had no effect.

None of the party members were removed or added during the dungeon. The instance was opened in Gandara EU (Halvaunt Snowfield entrance) with party members added from the Gandara server only.

Very disappointing to have no progress given that this is a limited-time dungeon.
