Bonfire title?

A Rallying Flame is just an achievement. Go to Lion’s Arch, Hoelbrak, or Black Citadel. There are bonfires in these three major cities. The fires give you generous buffs, but nothing more. Once you interact with the fire, you get the achievement. The title came after the first time you beat the final boss in the dungeon (which was taken out today). In order to get the title, which was Avenger of the Dispossessed, you had to have completed all of the objectives throughout the entire Living Story line starting with aiding the refugees along the roadsides in Wayfarer and Diessa and ending with the Molten Weapons Testing Facilities dungeon. None of those things are available now, so if you missed it, you missed the title.

It’s not a title. It’s an achievement. Two titles were available during the past 4 months with this Living Story: " Volunteer" and “Avenger of the Dispossessed”.
