Q:
When I’m running around Tyria kicking out invaders, sometimes the last group of invaders is 1 or 2 regular dredge or flame legion and 1 “Molten Protector”. This “Molten Protector” casts a very long-duration shield on itself, which it can re-cast about 3 seconds after the shield wears out. As far as I can tell, the shield makes it and the adds completely invincible. Is there a way to counter or remove the shield?
(I’m playing a ranger, in case that matters.)

The only way to counter it that I found was kiting the Protector out of the field that grants him the shield. This of course doesn’t work if someone else is tanking him in the middle of it
