Flame and Frost feels like a trailer to me

I’m not so sure I trust Anet anymore. They said at one point that january and february updates would be like an expansion worth of content and that was clearly wrong. They later changed what they said to just “2013”.
Best i can tell the massive patches seems to have been continually pushed back for some reason or other. Perhaps the various WvW changes and such have produced more QA issues than they could live with?
I believe, originally, the WvW content was supposed to be in the earlier patches, which is why they had said it that way. When they announced that they needed to delay the large patch, they changed it to 2013.
This is why they have become so non-committal with timeframes, because when they try to be transparent, people give them grief for being honest about needing more time.
It certainly doesn’t seem like ANet is intentionally misleading people the way BW did with SWTOR’s patches.
There is a lot of QA that has to go into these patches I would imagine. If you have ever developed a game you know when you change one thing it can break three others so everything has to be thoroughly tested over and over and some things still slip through the cracks even then. Not making excuses of course but there is probably a reason for the delays. I think a patch dedicated soley to bug fixing would be awesome myself. I love the new content but getting all the bugs squished in one moth would be awesome also.
