Instances Problems

And yes, me and my friends struggled too.
Plus, if someone has done the instance already, the cutscenes will not start unless that person leaves the instance.
Yep, I did. Wrote to the support about it, too.
Was too lazy to relog though,a lthough I was not happy about the waypoint cost on my lvl 80 >_>
I felt like my human warrior had been kidnapped by the Charr and held to ransom :p 1s+ to get out of the kitten room!

Glad I read your post before I entered these instances, it prevented confusion and frustration.

I did Rox’s instance and I didn’t get credit for finishing it. Also ran into the same problems as stated above.
Going to retry Rox again and see if I get credit for doing it. Is there a reward for finishing Rox’s instance?
It’s not unique to these instances. I pretty much always have to relog or pay WP costs to leave a place. A guildie today said it’s because if you’ve finished the PS in an instance you no longer get an exit, which would explain why Salma traps me every time, as does Eir’s place.
It was extra annoying today when I couldn’t leave Knut’s place and the only WP in the whole world I could use was the upper trade wp in Hoelbrak. No others appeared on my map. I wanted to go to Dolyak Pass and had to double WP to do it.
I did Rox’s instance twice yesterday and both times the instance worked as intended. I got credit and the major reward the first time and the second time got the lesser reward for redoing the instance.
The door to leave the instance appeared above the map as well. So no WP costs.
Must have been a glitch.

Good to hear, thanks for the update.
I got credit for both instances the other day, but saw no exit points (nor the exit door icon near the map).
This is a severe bug. I just spoke to Knut (and Eir disapeared before I could speak to her) and there are no waypoints anywhere in the entire world that I can use to leave the instance.

I guess this might be a function of people becoming too dependent upon waypoints for getting about.
Don’t look for a waypoint when in Knut’s loft. Just go back to the door you came in through and open it (F key).

For most of the instances, i have been trapped a few times and all you need too do is go back to the entrance/exit and push “F” (or whatever your interactive button is) it should port you back out even if it does not show the option.

That was the very first thing I did since I have never encountered this issue before. The door doesn’t do anything. You cannot interact with it. The only way to leave the instance is by waypoint. I had four waypoints in Hoelbrak and none of them showed up, so the only way to leave the instance was to relog.

It might be dependent on which location your instance is in..
I have not had the problems of not seeing waypoints.
