if you think running 300+ fractals and getting 1 warhorn and trident skin is bad, my track record is 500+ fractal runs, NO skins. So yeah, RNG works in mysterious ways.

It’s not even elitist, the whole system is based on broken luck. If items were hard to get based on skill level like completing a difficult task than that would be fine. This dumb luck RNG bull, is just disgusting in every way.
This whole fused weapon deal is horrible. Need to drop the whole BLC thing and sell it properly through the gem store. Enough is enough.
