Once this particular Living Story wraps up...
I’m pretty sure the periscopes, the Molten Alliance related events, and the dirt/snow-covered objects will all disappear. The instances for Rox and Braham will remain and may continue to be replayable. Personally I’m hoping that it will get repopulated with NPCs that we can talk to and who recognise our role in stopping Flame & Frost.
I’m guessing that all of the story-related content will go away (i.e. instances, events), but there will be leftovers. For instance I think Rox and Braham will stay in the game afterwards. Also some monsters/areas could potentially remain too, like how the karka remain on southsun cove after the karka event.
If it ends it should go away since it has been resolved like any true events.
Would you like to re-live WWII, the Vietnam War for example?
I wouldn’t

just had to put that out there. It is a game people, theres no harm in allowing something to be replayed

if they add a dungeon, something would stay for good. I think it could be a fractal, since those fractals are in different timelines anyway. We experienced the Charr-Invasion in there, why not the F&F-Battle?
Personally I don’t like dungeons that much, I’m playing too late at night and my friends are already sleeping. I’d rather enjoy something which can be done on my own. SAB was the perfect example for this. Also the new story missions. Is this perhaps a new direction Anet is taking? Creating content for Solo-players like me?!
btw: I’ve never seen any one of the guild-missions yet… people don’t play when I do
