Is it normal I haven’t received yet the mail for the Rallying Flame? I successfully completed all the achievement, and even got the Gauntlets.

I think there is a part where you go talk to someone, but I can’t seem to remember. However, you can try just going to the point of interest and interacting with the fire to see if that brings it up.
