Guild Wars 2

Hi im currently at kaineng and after talking to the npc i have obtained the cryptotranslator in order to interact with the mysterious message. I have successfully completed diessa’s messages but the ones in wayfarer cant be seen is there some sort of bug?

A lot of people seem to be running into this. I cant find any in diessa even after guesting to 2 other servers and still not finding anything.
