20 Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

This seems like a lot for a single serving (even if it is one hour), is this correct?

You haven’t seen the ingredients for the Garlic Kale Sautee, I take it.

In any case, these new dishes appear to be designed to suck out low-level (and some high-level) ingredients from the economy. Finally, we have a use for Clams!

OK, so it’s not a bug then.

Just seems odd that single servings require more materials than some platters do.
