To cut a long story short, were are they? I got some stuff from destroying those periscopes, it says you have to give them to Vigil Audio Log Collectors but it doesn’t say where to find them.

One is in Diessa, right by the North entrance to Black Citadel.

I’m still clueless as to the point of giving them the audio logs. I mean, storywise, it’s all well and good, be we get nothing for our trouble, it seems. XD

We get karma for it. The one in Wayfarer’s Foothills gave me a bit of karma for turning in the logs. He can be found right next to the fist refugee memento collector near the starting area.

I don’t know if it’s true of all the audio log collectors, but the one in Iron Marches (skalecatch village) shows on the map with the little “collecting bowl” icon, so that might make it easier to spot them
