I have looked and searched but I haven’t seen anyone mention this so sorry if I’ve completely missed it somewhere. Does your character have to be level 80 to do the dungeon or do you get scaled up?

You get scaled up. Though you may still have some trouble due to not having as many trait points/better gear/ect.

Thanks! I’m at 61 so at least it won’t be as bad as it was the first time I tried soloing Rox’s instance at 34. Just have to make sure my gear is up to level before I go looking for a group.
