Guild Wars 2

I went to Lion’s Arch, the refugee camp, and handed over 2 of the items I found in the Shiverpeaks area (the boat and the other whatever-it-was). I can’t find the NPC to give the Compass to… The Wiki says she’s in Farshore Ward, but I don’t see her there either.
Anyone know where she is? Or can make a screenshot to show the exact location…?

I think they are all in that camp in LA.

They are definitely all in that camp in LA south of the Farshore waypoint. Just finished this mission. You just have to keep asking named refugees until you find the one.
