They did say something about it being different each time, but they didn’t give any specific examples. Since the dialogue does/can change a bit each time they weren’t completely lying.
I think I was under the same impression the OP was, that actual content was going to change (not just which order the tests were performed in).

But that was replaced after the patch was deployed. It specifically stated that the dungeon would change and offer “different experiences”, implying randomly generated dungeon layouts.
Sometimes those things don’t work out in testing so they scrap them. The order of the boss events change, and the dialog changes a bit here and there so it does in fact offer a different experience every time, even if it is rather limited. Hopefully they continue to develop the technology needed to make more interesting and significant changes in the future.
only changes I haven seen are monster orders in the mithril ore rooms, the mini boss after that (2 posibilities) and the order of the traps at the cage
