i havent played in a while and i was wondering whats the earliest stage i can start flame and frost at right now? is there anything that can be done before meeting the 2 new characters or is that the earliest point from which i can start? thx

You can start from the very start. Refugee momentos, then events, then the missing items, dead drops, the two instances, then the dungeon and the two final instances.

Just do the achievements in order and read the descriptions for each achievement to understand what to do, in order.
