If I try to log into the website with the authenticator activated, it tells me my username/password is wrong and to try again. If I disable the authenticator, I can log in just fine. Can anyone help me with this?

Yes, I’ve had this issue for a few days and notified the support with lengthy descriptions, test cases and screen shots. As far as I know they are working on it.

I had this for days and days and today is the first time it’d let me log on (because I refuse to take off my authenticator.)

Having the same issue when I go to the main page of guildwars2.com and select login.

oddly enough when i pressed reply on this thread and had to login it worked with the authenticator.

i can also confirm what the post above me said. i am using the authenticator, and when going through the normal login process, i was unable to log in. the error message claims my password or username/email is wrong, but i am quite sure the authenticator is the problem, because if i intentionally enter a wrong password, i am not even allowed to enter the authenticator-code. in my case, i was allowed to enter the authenticator-code, and afterwards i got the wrong-data message.

but, when i tried to add a reply to this thread, the website asked me to log in, and i was able to log in without problems.

The forum search does not seem to work at all either currently, so maybe the whole forum is not stable at the moment. I only found this topic by browsing manually.

We just shipped an update yesterday to fix this issue. Not sure how it snuck past for so long
