You will get a error message if you log-in on the main website and then try to log-in in the forums for the first time. It won’t let you agree to the terms of conduct in the forum and it will show you a “cookies” error.
What you have to do is log out on the main site and then try to log in in the forums again.
It only happened on my first time trying to access the forums.
