Why there are options in my forum profile like
Send PM to myself or Report myself? It doesn’t make too much sense

People usualy don’t send PM to themselves and definitely they don’t report themselves

I private message myself things to remember for later all of the time. Please don’t take it away!

Right, but did they WANT to report themselves, or did they just click it accidentally because it was there?

I would think that if someone wanted a topic closed that they created, they would report themselves. Other reasons might be maybe they want something edited and are having problems figuring out how to do it or maybe even something that might be frowned upon (not sure) but to bring the subject to a devs attention.

Developers do not have access to forum reports. Only moderators and members of the community team see reports.

Yes, but I was thinking that if it was an important issue, the moderators/community team members could relay the information to the devs.
