Sorry for creating new topic but I could not find the previous thread … actually I just wanted the title in there.

It becomes almost impossible to find whether any issue one has experienced is being addressed if the search does not work. This then requires a new post, which is one way that Anet can keep the number of posts on any one thread down, hence obviating the need to address, one suspects.

This issue was reported months ago with a last response from Anet saying it is working … haha … three months ago.

Can we have a response and update please.

A note to the moderator: It’s all very well posting the thread, but interesting that you felt the need to remove the rest of my title, which was that Anet are not responding, which they aren’t. Neither to this nor to the original thread.

As forum moderator, rather than simply removing references to Anet’s apparent lack of caring, perhaps you could better spend your time encouraging them to respond.
