Guild Wars 2 Forum - Forum and Website Bugs

After logging in and switch from the main page to Forums it always shows the Spanish Forums.

I am English living in Spain.

I suppose the language I am taken to is based upon my IP Address. Is this something I can change, a bug, cookie issue, …. ?
