Forum titles are neither seo nor user friendly. As for now, it stands (example)

Guild Wars 2 Forum
- Game Bugs
- Mesmer "Signet of Inspiration"

while it should be

Mesmer "Signet of Inspiration"
- Game Bugs
- Guild Wars 2 Forum

With 10 forum tabs open, i’m not interested in every single one of then showing like “Guild Wars 2 Fo…”

PS: also, “preview” button should NOT modify text in input box (< to <)

I see the issue, yes this would be useful if fixed.

Even to include the topic title so if you have multiple topics open you can tell the tabs apart.

I posted a thread about this during the betas and I must say I’m a bit disappointed to see the forum still generate page titles like this .

And now when I look at it, the forum’s HTML is not even linking to a favicon any more.

I can see something like this being useful, but typically you should just make the post and go to the next thread. I do tend run into the same issue, but the tool tip seems to cover the issue quite nicely.

On the programming side where it is a minor feature that will not have a huge demand. It might be something that will get worked on later… if at all…
