This might just be me, but when I click on “Hall of Monuments” down at the bottom of the page under “service” category, it directs me to the web site “https://hom.guildwars2.com” when actually is should be “http://hom.guildwars2.com” no “S” after the “http”
windows 7 64 bit.
site broken for about 2 months for me on firefox, chrome and IE9
updated all browsers, updated java and flash, added site to exception list on all browsers, disabled popups and antivirus, flushed dns, still getting garbled site.
Broken for months on IE, Firefox, Safari & Chrome on both Mac and PC. DNS flush does nothing, nor does any other reasonable instruction I’ve found on these forums. Dozens of people complaining for all this time and no fix? Amazingly bad. Just create a plain HTML version that’s actually usable and fix the fancy version later.
I can’t see any of the rewards/titles. I am able to see how many points in each section I have and their details but not much else. I’ve tried the calculator on Internet Explorer 11, Firefox 26, and Chrome 31.
hey glad i found this thread…..seems to still be broken. I can get to my account stuff but there is no line showing the point progression. and it is not registering new things added.
Tried to see required points for rewards, and noticed that i can’t see my total progress (and rewards tied to it) anymore.
Seems you have finally managed to fix the previous display bug, only to introduce a new one.
I hope it will get fixed faster than the previous one ;P

I submitted this bug via email since this thread hasn’t received any official response in months and was told that I’d have better luck in the forum. I see what you did there, ANet…
Anyway, looking at the code for the page you can get an idea of what’s happening. The points/rewards section is relying on a “monitor” resource which simply isn’t serving any data.
Since monitor isn’t 404’ing, it looks like the file was just blanked. If the web team has the ability to revert that single file it should help to clear up this issue, since all of the actual content (reward names and descriptions) should be served from inline scripts.
