Guild Wars 2

I know this problem was adressed 4 months after it was discovered and seemed as to be solved. Not a lot of playes including myself are having problems with it yet again. Does anyone have an idea how to fix it? I’ve tried using IE, Chrome and Firefox, They all failed at loading the web page. I haven’t changed any settings. It appears to be the excact same problem as before.

It’s not an account issue though. It would fit better in the forum for forum bugs/website bugs.
