The Knowledge Base contains many informative answers and, often, important current information (such as the Chalice of Glory issue right now). It might be constructive if more people knew of its existence.
As a suggestion, ArenaNet might consider ‘advertising’ it and pointing player to its location. Maybe something on the Launcher, or… on the Front Page….or in one of the drop-down menus on official GW2 site pages? I’m not sure, but I don’t think navigating to the Support Page is that intuitive.
