Just a quick heads up that one of the CSS files seems to have gone missing for the halloween events page. Trying to load:

https://www.guildwars2.com/en/events/halloween-2012

Raises a 404 error for the resource:

https://www.guildwars2.com/wp-content/themes/guildwars2.com-live/css/gw2-event.css?ver=3.3.2

Which is referenced on line 15 of the HTML source. Tested in Chrome and Firefox.

What? It’s there.

The CSS file isn’t being hosted on the GW2 site (the link that you posted). It’s being hosted offsite (on cloudnet) and being pulled from there. It looks like a one-liner if you vew it in Firefox’s “View Source”.
