Q:
Dear Moderators,
You locked my other thread, which I thought had a clearly and civilly stated question without providing an answer to the question.
https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/forum/Complaints-Proper-Channel/first#post822269
This is my question – where can I file complaints and grievances about the game IN GENERAL where I would know that a person will listen and evaluate the problem?
I understand that you cannot complain about forum moderators in the forums. That’s not even the topic.
I was asking WHERE I can complain about general game issues since your forum policy says that paying customers cannot do this in the forums, so surely, there must be another way we can provide this form of feedback (because a complaint is still a form of feedback).
Do you understand the difference?
Let me spell it out:
A) a person complaining about forum moderation
B) a person asking what the correct channels are to raise general (and let me clarify again, NOT forum-related) game complaints and feedback since, by your forum policy, the forums is not the correct channel for this
The thread you closed and this thread is dealing with situation B and has absolutely nothing to do with situation A. There is no rule in your code of conduct which states that a person cannot ask in the forums what the correct process is for raising complaints, grievances, is there?
So please give me a proper answer so we can get past this and I hope I made myself crystal clear with the intent of the question that I need an answer to.

Hello,
As explained before, it’s not allowed to post about deleted or moderated threads/posts, if you have any question about forum moderation, please send an e-mail to forums@arena.net
You are allowed to express your concerns or complains about the game, as long as it stays constructive and polite, in other words following our Code of Conduct.
Thank you for your understanding.
After reading some of your post, I noticed something. You keep posting your personal complaints and opinions as if they are statement of fact, and wording them as if you are confident the entire community agrees with you.
You also have violated clear rules in the forums code of conduct, which had you read. link an address to post complaints. By that I mean the same CoC you agree to read before posting here. You know, its the same one you blatantly ignore, them cry when you get in trouble for it.

Hello, thanks for your feedback and patronizing tone. However, your response is in no way constructive or helpful to me.
The CoC contains 2 links:
1. Customer Support – technical and account issues
2. forums@arena.net – forum moderation escalation
However, it does not contain any information on how one raises “complaints and opinions” in general (not forum related). I don’t have an account or technical issue, and whatever forum moderation issues I have have already been raised to the e-mail stated above. I still don’t know, however, where I can raise general game complaints and issues.
As a paying customer, I deserve the right to provide feedback to the company providing the service, and feedback can both be good or bad. However, as “complaint” threads are locked even though the CoC does not specifically state that you cannot complain in the forums, I am looking for the correct channel where I can raise said feedback and be treated properly (i.e. given a proper response and acknowledgement of said issues).
