Go ahead, click on it (or right click and open in new tab so you can continue reading this as you view it)… it is right there in the top, next tab over from Forums….

Hmmm, big old search box… lets try searching for something…. Oh, it may have a result, if that word is in the 36 documents listed…

Well lets now “Submit a request”
Oh, a Drop Down… wonder why the 2nd option is blank?
Lets see… Oh, they have a “Feedback Forum” wonder if that will help me,…

Hmmm, I notice at the top it is in “Archive > Suggestion” maybe they just keep stuff here that is very important, as my Feedback is sure to be…
Look, they even have a “How This Sub-Forum Works”…. oh, good read, they say (a year ago) this is a temporary solution, till they get a permanent solution in place….
Well lets go ahead an make a new suggestion…. Lets make our first one short though (since it wont let us post anyway and dont want to waste all day)
Ohhh, 3 errors prevented saving…. all 3 basically say “Your Feedback is not Wanted”…

Back to the “Submit a request page”… You know, the one with the 2nd drop down option that is blank…. Lets continue on there…
Hmmm bug reports seem to only be submitted through “ingame /bug” method, I assume that means there are not many bugs…
Wierd, there is a [no selection] dropdown there that I have no idea what it would relate too…
Guild Wars 2 E-Mail Address (Account Log-in Name) with an asterick. Astericks were mentioned at the top, that is a required field… but I dont have one because the game wont let me install… oh wait, look, it says “If you dont know this information, just leave this field blank”… Hmm wierd it tells us one thing and indicates another different things there…

So, I will fill out this Request form telling GW2 that it wont let me setup my account…
(type type type) make sure not to click any links, because none of them open in new tabs and you will lose everything you typed….
Ok, now click Submit….

Request could not be created as:
Guild Wars 2 E-Mail Address (Account Log-in Name): cannot be blank…..

But… What? I dont understand…. it said… and I need support… and…. Hmmm I am sure somewhere on this page there is an email address I can send to for support… Lets Look around somemore…
Nope, after about 30 minutes looking around their “Support Page” there is no method of contacting them without havign an account name setup, Though, many of the pages that take you there do not say it is required…

Recommend Fixing… Well basically everything to do with the “Support” Tab…..

If you are experiencing issues with the Support page, you can send an email to support@guildwars2.com

They should change the link to the suggestion sub-forum, and just make it to the forums, in general.

Also, you should have been able to choose the email associated with your GW2 account when registering the game, not when installing. The email you chose to associate with the game is your Account name. You must have one, because it is necessary to log in and post on the forums. Anyone, with a game account or not, can install the game.

You may find help over in Tech Support (which handles installation issues), as well. Good luck.
