So I’ve been trying to figure out the wonkiness with the thread quote/edit/report buttons disappearing, and I finally realized that the e-mail displayed when I’m logged into the forums is my g-mail account, but when I’m logged in and go to the Guild Wars 2 home page, the correct (non-gmail) address is shown.
It seems like there is an interaction with me being signed in through Chrome to my Google account that’s picking up the wrong e-mail address. I tried with Internet Explorer though and saw the same thing. My other two devices are both Android, and I see the same thing. I will try to get completely logged out of Google/Chrome and see if anything changes.
I tried poking around my account here and at NCSoft to see if I had accidentally associated the wrong e-mail address with the forums, but couldn’t figure out how I would have done that. All the e-mails I’ve received with regards to my GuildWars 2 account have come to the non-gmail account.
Is this user error and I’m just forgetting that I gave y’all my gmail address at one point?
