Q:

Hi,

Two days ago I have sent an email to forums@arena.net. This reason is that I disagree with an infraction I recieved and wanted some more clarifcation. This is done in according to:

Do not post about locked, deleted, or otherwise moderated threads or posts. Moderation happens for a reason. A staff member or moderator may lock a thread before posting in order to promptly curtail continued comments. If you have yet to see a comment by a staff member on a locked thread, please wait for the comment to appear and do not post a new thread on the subject. If you have questions regarding forum moderation, send an email to forums@arena.net.

In the email I mentioned my forum display name and was sent from my account e-mail adres.

Does anyone know how long it takes to reply or have any experience in this matter??

I understand the reasons of the above rule and fully support that rule, However that means in my humble opinion that such questions should be answered in time.

After not getting a reply, trying through the support process, posting a complaint in the 3-days old sticky I just got a reply to my original mail to the forum team (infraction point is removed).

So a total of 11 days!

Well lets just say I’m happy with the outcome and forgive and forget the rest
