I can’t find the emissaries (Rata Sum Emissary, Hoelbrak Emissary, etc.)
Are they mia? They are literally the only part of queen’s gauntlet I was looking forward to. (specifically: the recipes for runes/sigils)

Apparently they’re gone. And they couldn’t be bothered to make a replacement vendor for the rune/sigil recipes. Of course, the one thing I wanted from this, and they left it out. Go figure.
