As a new player, I’m actually pretty disappointed that match wins are a requirement for Aspect Arena.
I don’t want to grind out long matches, hoping that I get competent players on my team.
I don’t like starting matches only to have some or all of my team bail, leaving me 1v5 until new players are added.
I don’t like that I can’t join the match with my girlfriend, who I play the game with, on my team.

I would be fine with all of those things IF winning a match wasn’t required for the event achievement. It makes sense for kills to be an achievement, because you can get kills and still lose, so even if your team does poorly, you can still work towards the achievement.

Sanctum Sprint doesn’t require a win for the FotFW achievement. Why should Aspect Arena?

you should be able to get 3 wins in 12 matches which is the other achievement. Last year I think you needed to score as well. Shame that didn’t make it back.
