I haven’t seen any of the Holographic Dragon Wing skins as a reward. sorry bud.
If you mean the Shattered Dragon Wings, then you’re out of luck. If you mean the Holographic Dragon Wings, then there are still some on the Trading Post for not too much gold.
Hmm, now that you mention it, yah. The Shattered wings do seem to be missing from the vendor. Perhaps they’re going to be a returning reward in Dragon Bash itself sometime in the near future? I can’t imagine Anet would opt to not bring them back at all, since one of the main reasons for bringing all this stuff back is to let the Chinese players have a chance at getting it all.
The Chinese are getting the wings with their digital deluxe edition, so we’re kitten out of luck.
Most of the festival tied rewards does not appear, which makes sense since the festivals will return and might allow people to get old rewards then.

Can’t you still get those as drops (or from some other method) during the Tequatl event that happens several times a day? Unless the original method to get the item gets removed, I doubt they will provide a MUCH easier method to obtain the item (that DOES lessen the exclusivity of the item).

Here’s hoping Dragon Bash will make a comeback! I’d love to get my hands on some kind of dragon wings, but would rather earn them through game content than buying a skin off the trading post…
You can buy Zhaitaffy and make a Jorbreaker well after Dragon Bash. Just gotta play the TP.
But Dragon Bash SHOULD return. I think it was said to be annual anyways. We may miss it this year because destroyed LA + Festival but otherwise… Well, no, we shouldn’t miss it this year. Dragon Bash 2014!

Was looking for Shattered wings as well.
My guess is they and Teq’s wings are coming back in a couple of weeks as a newer reward at Festival vendors or with the next Dragon Bash, which I assumed could’ve returned in June, but people say that “Tyria doesn’t have money for another festival”.

If I only knew that there’s a difference between my wings and these on TP then I would mix it in the forge. I hope they gonna add wings in a couple of days for tokens.
It’s a good possibility they won’t add the Shatterer Wings back. Look at the Aspect backs. Only Wind returned, not the other two.
