Was there suppose to be a merchant for found belongings? Because I could not find one anywhere. There is the blade shard merchant.

I don’t believe so. They only said about a merchant for blade shards, and it was made clear before Battle for LA ended that that would be the last chance to turn those in, if I remember correctly.

I like how they hyped it up only to make it give…. 1 green for very ONE HUNDRED blade shards.

I don’t know if they are just trolling now or being serious. Maybe there was an internal bet that went:

Dev 1: Wow, GW2’s so successful, we’ve made a masterpiece! It really can’t go wrong from here.

Dev2: Wanna bet?

That is correct. They specifically stated that was the last time you could trade in found belongings. Also the blade shards were a HUGE let down.
