After spend 3.2k festival token + 2 laurels to purchase 2 ’ Scelerite Karka Shell’ with item description : “can be upgrade in mystic forge”, only to found out it cannot be upgrade in anyway. This is clearly false advertising, please Arenanet may I have a refund or a fix please ?

Here’s the recipe for upgrading it - or have you tried that and it didn’t work?

sadly no on the wiki it says that the ones bought from the Festival Rewards Vendor cannot be upgraded

When you check the vendor it does say it can be upgraded in the Mystic Forge (see image below), so if it can not be upgraded and you bought it to upgrade then I guess you should submit a ticket.
