Why can’t we by the crafting recipes (e.g. Rune of Exuberance) that were available in the Crown Pavilion last time? Is there any way to get these recipes anymore?

I already nabbed the recipes first time around, but I agree that it’s weird they didn’t come back.

Last year was the 10th year Anniversary of Queen Jenna´s reign, so Emissaries of the other Races visited her. This will be her 11th year, so no Emissaries came. Its just a festival, not a Jubilee.
