Is anyone else having issues with this achievement? I have interacted with all 10 master sky shards & my achievement is stuck at 9. I have revisited all 10 multiple times now and I cannot interact with any of them.

Got it last night, it works if you cant interact with one then it means you’ve already gotten it. You must have missed one or mistook a normal one for a master.

I have the same problem. 9/10, but triplechecked all 10 and all been picked up.
Used Dulfy at the end and I’m very very sure.

Problem could be with the higher waterwheel, where I somehow falled through the bamboo meanwhile interacted with that master crystal…
Will check it now, but it may need a support ticket…

I am having the exact same issue. Today I started the achievement. I was wondering what to do if it says I have 9 of 10 Master Sky Crystals and I’ve been to every location 3 times and the screen shows that it has been consumed and CTRL doesn’t show the yellow title of the Master Sky Crystal (also proving it’s been consumed).

I see it’s been two weeks since the original post with no reply from ANet. How can we get a response?
This is obviously bugged b/c I’ve checked 3 times at all 10 locations.

Please help.

Did you perhaps try activating one of the Master Crystals while falling through the air? It’s possible that the game marked the crystal as complete when your achievement actually hadn’t triggered the progress yet. (I don’t think this is the case though, as testing on normal crystals showed that the achievement went up as soon as you press F; it doesn’t go up when the channel is complete.)
