What should I do with the rest of tokens?
Save them. The festival is probably going on for another three weeks, and last year they added new rewards midway through. Even if they don’t do that again, you will still be able to use all your tokens on T6 mat bags after it’s clear nothing else is coming. (Which is what I’ll spend all mine on if nothing else comes out… and they don’t do anything about the gauntlet chances to make them more fair/reasonable.)
Gonna chuck my tickets after liandri is over. Even if they will allow a trade-in at the end of the event you will most likely get a green for 100 tickets. Not worth the bank space considering the old scraps are not even used this year, and I already have all the skins I want for tokens. The t6 mats are another option though.

Note that they announced the content is going until July 1st. So keep them and use at the end. Hopefully they make tickets merchable as well by the end.
