What are the drop rates of these in this patch? I’m deciding whether I want to save up and buy it on the TP, or risk one dropping.

I’ve gotten one after 400+ chests. Was nearly done for it but still had last stacks of mats orders come in TP so I bought an extra 15. Opened them and one dropped a Sun Catcher Skin.
A guildie got a Zephyr Rucksack from ~300 chests.

Blew about 3200 tokens (I don’t know how many chests that is, but at least 1200)

Not a single skin.

The Festival Rewards Vendor (I think this is who you’re referring to? Apologies if not :) ) only offers the head pieces for tokens, not the sun, wind and lightning catcher skins.

Look again. That vendor has not catcher back armor.
