How can you obtain it for real? I too must have this panda.

if you get the meta achievement you will get enough tokens + the needed rare item to buy either the panda or the dolyak calf tonic.

This also harkens back to GW1 where the mini panda was a prized item that only about 150 people had. It was extremely rare. Cool to see it brought back.

It is like the candy corn golem mini, in GW1 (Mad King’s Guard) it is really rare (only 66 exist), here you get as guaranteed reward in the last Halloween.
