I think that Anet is heading in the right direction with account bound staff . First wallet, then unlimited harvesting equipment and now fract level . I just know that in the nearest future they will make legendaries, www lvl and commander account bound and I hope that one day they will make account bound dyes , story dungeon progress and map completion . These changes will help people trying other professions and people would level others characters because they wont be affraid of losing all staff they got on previous character .

WvW levels will most likely not become account-bound, seeing as they are more or less the only progression available in WvW and people also want to spec different characters for different things.
Map completion wouldn’t really work either, since that would mean people would only ever be able to make two legendaries across all characters.

yh map is only my suggestion but www lvl is stupid idea to separate it , most people got only one character on www and all skills are maxed on one profession
