Guild Wars 2

This was in the patch preview:
Your personal fractal difficulty and reward level is being made account-wide! Starting with the Fractured release, you can attempt high level fractals on a new character without needing to level up all over again.

Not in the patch though. Are they not doing this?

My guildie helped me on this…

Go in with your highest fractal level toon and then leave again. It’ll set all your lower level ones to the highest fractal level/reward you have.
