I ran a 10 and got the daily rewards for that, then a few hours later ran my first 20 at level 20 and did not receive a bonus chest, and all the other rewards were the same as a level 10-19. Im now level 21 why didn’t i get a level 20 bonus chest?

I think the last patch broke changed it so daily rewards are given for 11-20, 21-30, 31-40

Few days ago i completed fractal lvl 12 and didn’t get a bonus chest, my official level was 7 at that time. No idea why i got no chest since everyone in group got one.

Because you have a personal lvl which not allowed you to have the daily chest 10+ or more. so you need to lvl up 1st.

Fractals loots (like shard) and daily chests are related to your personal lvl.

it is supposed to give him the level 7 chest if his reward level is 7, even if he does 10

Aha it all makes sense then. I have allready completed the 1st tier daily that day. I suspected that was the case but didn’t know for sure.
